First time enrolment is a simple 2 step process.
STEP 1. Complete a once only Registration Form so we can record:
1. Student information, such as DOB and medical information.
2. Parent/guardian details, including an email which is used as your Parent Portal online bookings log in.
3. Emergency contact information.
For convenience this form can be completed online by clicking on the “Online Registration Form” button on this page. If you prefer this can be done in person at Cityfit or by phoning us on 6331 4344.
STEP 2. Once registration is complete you can enrol your student/s into suitable classes either in person at Cityfit or over the phone on 6331 4344.
Payment is made at the time of enrolment. You have the choice of either an upfront payment for the term or weekly direct debit payments. Direct Debit payments need to be set up in person at Cityfit.
REBOOKING Once you have booked a lesson, you have priority to rebook your same timeslot for the next term. If you wish to maintain your current position for next term you will need to rebook and pay during the second last week of term (week 9). After week 9 of term, booking will be open to everyone.
You can RE-ENROL online through the Parent Portal where payment can be made by credit card. Students paying by Direct Debit are automatically enrolled unless we are notified otherwise in writing.

Registration and Class Enrolments can be made even after term has started, so please don’t think you’ve left it too late. Payment is then on a prorata basis.
